Credit Card FAQs
What can I redeem my points for?
What’s a balance transfer?
A balance transfer is a transaction in which you use part of your available balance on one credit card to pay off or pay down another card. Balance transfers are commonly used to pay off the entire balance of another, higher rate credit card. By using a balance transfer from one card account to pay down or pay off another at a higher rate, you can save a lot in interest. The Navigator card carries no balance transfer fee2. Please see our Credit Card Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I upgrade my Lighthouse Anchor Card to a Navigator Card?
Yes, you have the option to upgrade your unsecured Anchor Card to a Navigator Card. Contact us and we’d be happy to start the process for you! If you’re currently using the secured Anchor Card, we’d be happy to help you apply for a Navigator Card, which is an unsecured card.
What is Visa's Zero Liability policy?4
Visa Zero Liability policy means you’re never on the hook for unauthorized or fraudulent charges to your Lighthouse navigator Card. Read more about Visa’s Zero Liability Policy and how it keeps you protected.
